RETURN POLICY:
Any items being returned must arrive back to our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your item.All return shipping costs are at the expense and the responsibility of the customer.
Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached.
Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer, at the expense of the customer.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS:
Upon receipt of damaged or defective goods within 7 days, we will replace or refund the damaged or defective products, provided that you notify us within 2 working days after receiving the product(s).
ORDER PREPARATION ERROR:
If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us.
