Originally born just outside of Detroit, Tyson has been deeply rooted in Techno and House culture since the late 90’s when he went to his first rave at 17.

 

For the most part, he has been a contributor in event operations and artist relations, never thinking he would ever step behind the decks. Tyson started playing drums at the age 13 and always wanted to express himself artistically through music.

 

From the encouragement of loved ones, he finally decided to learn how to mix. What started as small house parties eventually turned into gigs at Chicago Nightclubs and Undergrounds.

Tyson’s style blends Microhouse, Breakbeats, Minimal, Funk, and Hip-Hop and strives to dig for the freshest productions being released.
